Our Limited Liability Company was
founded in 2007 by a husband and wife team, Kevin Riley and Dr.
Ramona Riley. We direct our endeavors to address
sensitivity awareness and training which fosters open
communication, active listening, quality conversations, and
surgical precision in performance of outcomes.Our
objective is to transform communication and conversation with
active listening to result in
performance.
Dr. Riley has 20+ years experience working in the field of change
management, five (5) of which those years have been as an
entrepreneur. The DeJohn Group, LLC offers change management
specifically pertaining to transition, customer service, team
development, leadership, business skills, performance, conflict
resolution, communication and negotiation skills, as well as
entrepreneurship - just to name a few. These specific areas
are centered on meeting each person where they are in order to
influence change.
In a short time, the business has expanded to reach markets not
ever considered in the original business planning. Our company has
started its global reach to provide consulting, alternative dispute
resolution, and training. We are certified as a woman-owned,
minority-owned small business with clients in government agencies,
non-profit organizations, and small to medium sized
businesses.
